&honeyシャンプーを始めとした化粧品メーカーの本社移転プロジェクト。 

革新的な商品を生み出し躍進する裏には、 社内のコミュニケーションを大切にする社風があり、 今回はそのコミュニケーションをさらに社内外に広げ、円滑に行えるオフィスが求められました。 

社員が働きやすいのは勿論の事、 取引先など社外の方も度々訪れたくなるような居心地の良い空間を目指しプランニングを行ないました。

およそ300坪のスペースに清潔感と華やかさのある受付スペース、爽やかな陽の光が入り、活き活きとしたグリーンに囲まれてリフレッシュできるカフェ、高揚感のあるVIPルーム、開放感がありながら自分のタスクに集中できる執務室、時を忘れて会話に没頭できる落ち着いたバーなど、様々なテイストの空間を用意することにより、 場面に応じた多様なコミュニケーションができるオフィスを計画しました。

This headquarters relocation project for a cosmetics company was designed to expand communication both inside and outside the company. The office includes a welcoming reception, a green-filled café, a VIP room, an open work area, and a calm bar-like lounge, allowing different kinds of interaction to take place throughout the space. Comfort for employees and hospitality for visitors were equally important in the planning.
