築40年の木造住宅改修

30代の夫婦が住むことになり、築40年の住宅を夫婦の要望に合わせて改修することになりました。

既存の和室と洋室の部分は一度解体し、ひと続きのリビングダイニングキッチンに変更しました。

その他の床については、既存の床材の表面塗装膜を削り、塗料を入れ直して再利用しました。また、玄関のポーチやドア周りについては基材をそのまま利用し、あらかじめ作成したカラースキームに合わせて塗装しました。

This renovation updated a 40-year-old wooden house for a couple in their thirties. Existing Japanese and Western-style rooms were reconfigured into a single continuous living-dining-kitchen space, while many original materials were refinished and reused. The project balances renewal with respect for what could still be preserved.
