日鉄興和不動産株式会社が展開するLIVIOブランドのマンションをプレゼンテーションし、商談を進める大阪旗艦スペースの設計を担当させていただきました。

日鉄興和不動産は、首都圏における1LDKマンションの供給戸数が6年連続でトップ5に入っており、首都圏では高い知名度を誇っています。大阪における存在感を高めるためには、単に高級感を追求するのではなく、親しみやすさが必要であると考え、戦略的に設計を行いました。

1LDK分譲マンションの購買層にフォーカスし、カラースキームや質感、ボリューム感にこだわり、フラッグシップショップとしてあるべき雰囲気をつくることに専念しました。

This flagship presentation and consultation space was designed for the LIVIO condominium brand in Osaka. Rather than pursuing luxury alone, the design emphasizes approachability, tuning color, texture, and scale to resonate with the target audience for 1LDK condominiums. The space is intended to deepen visitors’ interest in the brand through atmosphere as much as information.
