大阪市民の休暇の代名詞、靱公園。その公園の目の前に建設される新築マンションです。

立地とターゲット層を踏まえ、ニューヨーク・セントラルパークにあるアパートメントをイメージしました。

外部は本物のレンガを使用し、重厚感を演出しました。内部はややホテルライクで、すっきりとした空間に仕上げ、ターゲットと立地に合わせてデザインを調整しました。

This new apartment project faces Utsubo Park in Osaka and was inspired by apartment living around New York’s Central Park. Real brick gives the exterior a sense of weight and permanence, while the interiors are more hotel-like, clean, and tailored to the target residents and location.
