昭和の寿司店を現代の日本料理店に改修するプロジェクト

コンサルティング、店名、ロゴデザイン、内装設計をさせていただきました。
業態が変わることにより機能の更新はもとより、料理とともに日本酒を楽しんでもらいたいという店主の意図から着想を得て、キッチンとカウンターを仕切る天井造作には黒皮鉄と酒米をモチーフにした銅のオーナメントをあしらいました。
外部看板は陶板にロゴを施釉したものです。時を追うごとに貫入が変化し、味わいが増していく仕上げとしました。

This project transformed a Showa-era sushi shop into a contemporary Japanese restaurant. In addition to the interior design, Migiri handled consulting, naming, and logo design, creating a stronger brand identity tied to the owner’s wish to pair cuisine with sake. Black steel, copper ornaments inspired by sake rice grains, and a ceramic signboard add character that will deepen over time.
